Exploring Your Viewpoint on Pain
Change Your Perspective
Change Your Pain

Design a New Story
You are the author of your story. You are also a character in your story. To revise your narrative, an understanding of the elements that make up your current tale is needed. In our groups we will examine these story pieces, including the setting, characters, tone, conflict, and more. Each of these story components can have a significant, though often unrecognized influence on your pain experience. By softly breaking down these seemingly fixed elements a new story line can emerge.

You’re Invited
We welcome you to join the Story Group regardless of prior involvement, though reading recent blogs is encouraged.
Registration is first-come first-serve with a limit of 15 participants.
How it Works
Each month we meet online to discuss one Pain Story-themed question with the intention of discovering your view on the topic while also providing education and exposure to other perpectives. This question is posted before the meeting to inspire self-reflection. You don’t need to have an answer to the question. Rather, this will be the exploration for the group. A synopsis of the conversation will be posted as a blog.
Support Our Mission
Group meetings are offered free of charge. Tax-deductible (US) donations to Pain Story Project, a 501(c)(3) organization, are greatly appreciated. Recommended donation $10-$30.
