We all see the world through our own lens. Further, our lens is covered by filters that alter the way that we see and interpret the world and respond to information and events. These filters include our current environment, beliefs, past experiences, general health, and more. And each of these filters can increase our decrease our overall feeling of safety in our life, body, career, relationships, etc. A sense of safety is essential to recover from persistent pain.
To change your Pain Story and your sensation of physical pain these filters needs to be recognized and examined. The filters needs to be disconnected from the lens. To heal, various aspects of the filters may require reinterpretation. These interactive classes will help you see new possibilities, hear various perspectives, discover updated concepts, and try out different story lines.
